The High Point Improvement Association will host our Spring Community Yard sale on Saturday, April 21st, 2012, from 8AM â?? 1PM, in the parking lot for High Point Park in Pasadena, Maryland. The RAIN DATE is Sunday, April 22nd. High Point Park is located at the corner of Tidewater Road and Central Avenue. This is a community-wide event that is hosted twice a year and always attracts a lot of vendors and browser traffic. All proceeds directly benefit the High Point Community Property Improvement Fund. The yard sale is taking in the parking lot of High Point Park, which is located at 801 Tidewater Road, Pasadena, MD 21122, at the corner of Tidewater Road and Central Avenue. From MD. Route 100 east, take the Catherine Avenue exit and turn left. Go one mile to the stop sign at Duvall Highway, turn right and go ¼ mile to Central Avenue.
